Why to Use

Directions for Use

  1. Fill mug with 200mL of boiled drinking water. Do not use any liquid other than water. For infants and children under 12 years, use lukewarm water.
  2. Empty contents of one sachet into the mug and stir until the Hydralyte powder has dissolved.
  3. Once cooled to the appropriate temperature, serve immediately.
  4. Sip slowly and frequently while symptoms persist.
  5. Discard any unused solution.

 

When to Use

Drink Hydralyte when thirsty or exhibiting signs of dehydration. Sip slowly and frequently whilst symptoms of dehydration persist.

Recommended dosage for dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhoea:

Quantity of sodium per maximum daily dose is 4.1g.

Contains: Sugars, sucralose.

No added gluten, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives.

Store below 30°C.

Warnings

Seek medical advice if vomiting or diarrhoea persists for more than:

  • 6 hours in infants under 6 months
  • 12 hours in children under 3 years
  • 24 hours in children aged 3-6 years
  • 48 hours in children over 6 years & adults
